In just the past six months alone, Supreme has reissued seminal reworks of some of Timberland’s most iconic silhouettes. For those who can recall, the influential skate brand touched up the Vibram-equipped World Hiker Front Country Boot just the past November, while also unlocking an innovative 3-Eye Classic Lug Shoe variant earlier this month. As a way to bolster their collaborative framework, both brands have joined forces yet again, this time appointing the bootmaker’s Euro Hiker as the intended target.
Hitting the scene in monochromatic shades of red and yellow, with a slick, jet black version also on offer, the rugged low top features a glossy, patent leather upper as its main structural component. Material contrast makes its presence felt on the collar overlay, in addition to the healthy hits of recycled rubber fashioning the outsole. Elsewhere, a series of tonal crewneck pullovers and 6-panel caps, complete with “Supreme/Wind, Water, Earth and Sky” branding imbued across the chest region and frontside area, respectively, round out the offering.
The Supreme x Timberland Spring 2020 collection will make its debut online come March 26. In other collaborative fashion news, XLARGE forged a commemorative capsule honoring Playboy’s historic timeline.
