Streetwear mainstay, PLEASURES, recently dropped off a new set of visuals for its forthcoming Spring/Summer 2020 collection. The Los Angeles-based brand is part of this new wave of tastemakers who are disrupting contemporary menswear codes through subversive imagery, splashy color pops and/or errant slogan usage. Much of that same dynamism punches through the capsule, showing up on an assortment of activewear staples.
Shot in Sun Valley, California, a lowly residential property sets the stage for musician Damar Davis, visual artist Jung Lotus, and others to showcase PLEASURES’s latest offering. Graphic T-shirts, printed pullovers, patterned hoodies and slouchy trousers comprise the majority of the range, with a spattering of accessory options sporadically weaving in and out. Standout pieces include the black & white snakeskin-printed jacket, as well as the contrasting color-blocked tracksuit.
Slated to drop in stages, drop one from PLEASURES’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection will make its way to the brand’s web store on February 14. In other fashion news, Supreme recently teased an image from its upcoming SS20 range.
