Pharrell Williams’ ties to adidas has been well documented over the years, with the duo releasing a range of sneaker silhouettes and comfy sportswear staples into the wild. The pair seems content to push their collaborative footprint forward with the unveiling of the creative polymath’s premium basics line.
On par with what Jerry Lorenzo has accomplished with Fear of God’s premium off-shoot, Pharrell’s new offering is characterized by cozy casuals that have been crafted from softly-textured high oz. cotton. An eclectic color palette of orange, pink and black can be seen strewn across a range of T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, shorts, and sweatpants. Branding is kept simple with subtle “HUMAN RACE” text branding livening up the chest and thigh regions of each top and bottom, respectively. Stylishly accenting the main line are a pair of BOOST-enabled slides that creatively reference the human anatomy through decorative panels sitting along the footbed.
