Over the past few years, Ronnie Fieg has successfully transformed KITH from an in-the-know streetwear enclave into an on-the-rise design atelier. Brand new for 2020 is this collaborative tie-dye capsule brought to you by KITH and Italian apparel brand, NemeN. The seven-piece offering is an exploration into technical outerwear with both brands taking aim at several key silhouette styles.

NemeN’s creative director, Leonardo Fasolo, chose to imbue the use of synthetic fibers against the age-old dyeing technique—in a sense tapping into an aesthetic completely his own. As far as palette goes, Fieg and Fasolo chose to dye the Goose Down Jacket and Blade Coat in two and three-part schemes that resemble a blotchy, smoke-infused canvas. When asked about the process, Fasolo shared, “This triple tie-dye technique results in a superlative end result with an unparalleled color radiance and due to the individual characteristics of each dyeing process, every single jacket becomes singularly unique.”

Apart from the aforementioned pieces, the range also consists of the XLight Guard Vest, Futura Kimono, Stark Track Pants, and Tie-Dye Goose Down Hood. Creative branding cues also come to the forefront, as can be seen in the decorative left shoulder patch sitting on each of the long-sleeve jackets.

The full collection is available for purchase now via KITH’s web store. In case you missed it earlier, A.P.C. and Carhartt come together on a new workwear-inspired range.
