Although still in the midst of the current Covid-19 pandemic, nations the world over are now beginning to loosen public outing restrictions. As such, a plethora of brands are amping up marketing efforts in hopes of driving garment sales numbers back up to respectable levels; one such brand being Karrimor. The UK-based outerwear specialists have since released its new Spring/Summer 2020 lookbook, which in many ways is representative of today’s complex climate.
Housed in what seems to be a secluded manufacturing warehouse are models clad in the labels’s signature SS20 wares while juxtaposed against randomized personal protective equipment. A swarm of lightweight zipped jackets in a barrage of weather-appropriate color schemes line up next to branded T-shirts and wide-legged trouser options. Standout pieces from the seasonal offering include an elongated poncho complete with a multilayered button closer, in addition to a stark black utility vest.
