Back in 2018, Jordan Brand unpacked a “Pine Green” iteration of its insanely-popular Air Jordan 1 silhouette. With that said, the signature color scheme makes its return to the JB family, this time around making noise on the Retro High OG. Structurally on par with the aforementioned model, the new iteration makes use of premium tumbled leather across the upper, with the only true deflection coming in the form of a slight tonal shift.
The stately green hue ends up swathing the vamp, heel, side Swoosh and outsole, while steady hits of jet black underscore the toe box, side regions (previously white on the 2018 version), and collar. Lastly, familiar branding makes its presence felt on the lateral collar Air Jordan badge, in addition to the bright red Nike Air tag resting squarely on the tongue.
Set to a retail price of $170 USD, the new Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Pine Green” will make its debut on Nike SNKRS come February 29. Meanwhile, in other sneaker news, Nike is readying the release of the Dunk Low “Plum.”
