Jordan Brand are on the cusp of re-releasing the insanely popular Air Jordan 4 “Black Cat,” marking the scheme’s first ever retro since initially hitting the scene back in 2006. Considered by many to be one of the more memorable palette’s outside of the brand’s original colorway drops, its clean, monochromatic finish mesmerized both footwear aficionados and casual observers alike for its sleek, sombre semblance.
A monochromatic matte black finish swarms the upper, while contrasting hits of black gloss permeate across the vamp and side panel mesh cages, eye stay, midsole and rear side Jumpman branding. Lastly, a graphite-colored Air Jordan Flight logo accentuates the tongue tab, while Nike’s signature Air-enabled midsole completes the design.
For those interested, the Air Jordan 4 “Black Cat” retro will make its way to Nike SNKRS on January 22 for a retail price of $190 USD. Meanwhile, in keeping with the Jordan Brand family, Dior and JB recently unwrapped their collaborative “Air Dior” capsule.
